On April 18, 1974, Mark Tremonti was born into the world in Detroit, Mich. Years later, the guitar great has carved out his place in rock history, delivering a string of hits with three different rock bands -- Creed, Alter Bridge and his own self-titled band Tremonti. With just shy of 20 years in the music industry, Tremonti has been part of a wealth of great songs, but which one is his best? That's the subject of this Readers Poll.

Tremonti's introduction to the rock world came with Creed, who arrived on the scene in 1997 with their 'My Own Prison' album. The disc's title track got the ball rolling, while subsequent hits like 'What's This Life For,' 'Higher,' 'With Arms Wide Open' 'My Sacrifice' and 'Weathered' took the band to incredible heights.

After the instrumental members of Creed split with singer Scott Stapp, they went on to form Alter Bridge with promising vocalist Myles Kennedy. During his time with Alter Bridge, Tremonti has manned the guitar on such tracks as 'Open Your Eyes,' 'Rise Today,' their first chart-topping single 'Isolation' as well as 'Ghost of Days Gone By' and 'Addicted to Pain.' Though the band reconciled with Stapp, Tremonti and his cohorts have managed to balance Creed and Alter Bridge over the last decade.

And finally, Tremonti ventured out with his own solo act in 2012. He founded his self-titled band Tremonti and released the 'All I Was' album that yielded the singles 'You Waste Your Time,' 'So You're Afraid' and 'Wish You Well.'

Take a look at all the big singles from Tremonti's career in the poll below and then vote which song you feel is your favorite.
