Los Angeles rockers Aeges are back with a new album, Weightless, which marks their first release via Another Century Records. The disc is out today (July 22) and we have an exclusive stream of the entire album (listen above).

The band has drawn comparisons to Queens of the Stone Age, Soundgarden and Foo Fighters, and you'll find upon first listen of Weightless that Aeges deliver a hard-hitting yet catchy brand of melodic rock 'n' roll. Respected producer Bob Marlette (Shinedown, Black Sabbath, Rob Zombie) was behind the boards for the album, and he and mixer Beau Burchell helped give the disc a sonic heaviness that's both polished and raw at the same time.

Aeges are led by Kemble Walters and Cory Clark, who both handle guitar and vocal duties, while the rhythm section consists of drummer Mike Land and bassist Tony Baumeister.

The band states, "We all are super excited to have a new album out on Another Century. We put a lot into this record and definitely went outside our comfort zones to make these songs as good as we could. Our producer, Bob Marlette, really challenged us vocally. We're on the road right now and the response to the new songs has been overwhelmingly positive. Our songs, ‘Weightless' and 'A Reason Why,' have been closing the set on a huge high note, so that definitely feels good. We stand behind this album 100%. Thanks for checking us out, and we hope to meet you all in person in the very near future.”
