Four musicians can stir emotions and generate plenty of power, but Alter Bridge decided to add an additional 52 musicians to their band when performing at the Royal Albert Hall in the fall of 2017 and the results can definitely be felt. The band's collaboration with the Parallax Orchestra is the basis for their upcoming live album and they've just released a new video for "The End Is Here," which can be seen above.

The song sneaks up on you with its intensity, as Mark Tremonti's Middle Eastern-sounding guitar work takes center stage toward the end of the track, with the Parallax Orchestra making a subtle entry behind Tremonti, then letting the massive string section take command heading to a powerful finish. Watch the new video above.

"The End Is Here" hadn't been performed by Alter Bridge since their first album cycle, but was brought out by the band for this special show.

Alter Bridge's Live at the Royal Albert Hall Featuring the Parallax Orchestra is due on Sept. 7, but pre-orders for the album are being taken here as well as at their website. The group has spent much of the year on a break, with singer Myles Kennedy releasing his Year of the Tiger solo album, and guitarist Mark Tremonti issuing the A Dying Machine conceptual release with his self-titled band earlier this year. Kennedy will also be heard fronting Slash's band on the upcoming disc Living the Dream, due Sept. 21.
