As I Lay Dying vs. Caliban – Death Match

Last week's Death Match pitted three-time victors Lamb of God vs. challengers As I Lay Dying. The battle proved to be our most vicious yet, accumulating thousands upon thousands of votes from 130 countries. After both bands traded the lead various times throughout the week, As I Lay Dying emerged victorious with a razor-close win - denying Lamb of God the first spot in our Death Match Hall of Fame.

As I Lay Dying's new foe is German metal act Caliban. 'Memorial' is Caliban's first single from 'I Am Nemesis," their upcoming eighth full-length album. Caliban deliver a metalcore hit with interchanging "good cop, bad cop" vocals with a heaviness that the band compares to Swedish extreme metal masters Meshuggah.
