Halestorm rang in the new year this past Saturday night (Dec. 31), performing to a packed house in Allentown, Pa. at Crocodile Rock. The rockers held their goblets high as they counted down to the stroke of midnight, bidding farewell to 2011 and welcoming 2012 with open arms. They then surprised the crowd by debuting a brand new song.
There's the phrase "Don't Mess With Texas," but there should be a new one: "Don't Mess With Axl Rose."
During their performance Saturday night (Dec. 17) at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the Guns N' Roses' frontman took matters into his own hands when he had security remove an unruly fan from the crowd.
Good news for Guns N' Roses fans who are anxious to get their hands on a new album. From the sound of things, the band will have new music out sometime within the new year. One thing they know for sure is the turn around time won't take quite as long as it did with their last album, 'Chinese Democracy.'

The wait is almost over for Metallica fans who are anxiously awaiting when they can get their hands on the band's new musical collaboration with Lou Reed. 'Lulu' is set for release in North America on Nov. 1 (through Warner Bros. Records) and will be available throughout the rest of the world on Oct. 31 (distribution through Universal Music).
