Axl Rose Making Sweet Music with Lana Del Rey?

After being spotted together in Los Angeles, many have begun asking whether Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose and singer Lana Del Rey are collaborating romantically.

Lana Del Rey is one of the most polarizing figures in popular music right now. After being propelled into the mainstream by the interwebs, she has been both critically praised and lauded for everything from her music to her personal life (not to mention her notoriously panned ‘Saturday Night Live’ performance). Now the controversial songstress is being romantically linked to the master of professional and personal turmoil — Axl Rose.

As we previously reported, the two were spotted exiting the famous Chateau Mormont in Los Angeles over the weekend. The pair then quietly fled the scene together after Axl said, “Not in this lifetime” to a possible GN’R reunion. Add the sighting to Del Rey’s attendance at a recent Guns gig in Los Angeles and you’ve got what looks like a “collaboration,” despite the fact that Rose is 25-years her senior. The 25-year old Del Rey is literally young enough to be a ‘Sweet Child O” his.

Lana Del Rey previously expressed her desire for the Guns N’ Roses singer on her track ‘Axl Rose Husband,’ where she sings, “You’re my one king daddy / And I’m your little queen.” Del Rey was also romantically linked to shock rocker Marilyn Manson after the two were spotted together last month.

Guns reunion or no, Axl Rose will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his work with the band later this week (April 14). Perhaps Rose is just aiming the press toward who he is “performing” with after the ceremony as oppose to during.
