Today, Nov. 13, marks the two-year anniversary of the terrorist attack on Le Bataclan in Paris and to mark the occasion, Barb Wire Dolls are teaming up with Loudwire to exclusively bring you the video for "Fade Away," a powerful track they penned in the aftermath of the attack that was recorded at Eagles of Death Metal guitarist Dave Catching's studio.

The somber cut is a standout on the band's Rub My Mind album and they united with French filmmaker Romaine Zawadski to shoot the video in a dungeon located outside Nancy, France. The darkness offset by the light creates a fitting mood to accompany the song's lyrical content and tone.

Singer Isis Queen tells us, "After the Paris Attacks, we wrote David (Catching) and told him, apart from our most sincere condolences for what had happened, that we understand that he would not want us to come in and record at his studio after such events. But he immediately replied, 'The music must go on, they can't take that away,' and with that one message, songs and tears came pouring out of us. We wrote most of the songs on the new album just as we entered his studio in the desert."

The band specifically penned "Fade Away" about their feelings after the Paris attack occurred and they wish to dedicate it not only to anyone who was affected by the tragedy there, but also to those who have fallen victim to attacks at concerts in London, Orlando, Las Vegas, Ohio and elsewhere. Along with the Bataclan, these are all tragedies that affect the music community and the band feels we need to spread more love into the world and keep the music flowing freely.

Barb Wire Dolls' Rub My Mind album is available now via iTunes and Amazon and the band will be on the road right up to Thanksgiving. See all of their scheduled dates here.
