Spark up the bonfire! Shallow Side have reason to celebrate as the video for their cover of Styx's "Renegade" has just spent its fifth week at No. 1, meaning it will now be retired to the Battle Royale Video Countdown Hall of Fame. The video was not to be denied, with a significant lead over the closest competitor, 9Electric's "The Damaged Ones," which moves up to No. 2 this week.

The Battle Royale also saw three new entries this week, with Earthside's "A Dream in Static" video featuring TesseracT's Daniel Tompkins arriving at No. 3, closely followed by Armored Dawn's "Viking Soul" at No. 4. Firewind's "Ode to Leonidas" also cracked the Top 10 at No. 10. In other countdown news of note, In Flames' "The End" video will get one final week of voting after becoming the longest tenured clip on the countdown. See all of the Battle Royale Top 10 below.

With Shallow Side retiring, the No. 1 spot is wide open. New videos from Bleeker ("Highway"), Cage the Elephant ("Cold Cold Cold"), Epica ("Beyond the Matrix"), One OK Rock ("We Are"), Suicide Silence ("Doris") and Within the Ruins ("Beautiful Agony") all enter the voting. See those clips, along with all the videos, by clicking on the links in the poll at the bottom of this post. You can vote once per hour through the deadline of Friday, Jan. 20 at 11AM ET.
