The foundation of Webster Hall in New York City might not ever be the same after the obliterating co-headlining show featuring Behemoth and Cannibal Corpse.

Polish death metal act Behemoth gave the crowd a relentless performance that they won’t soon forget. The band has been touring in promotion of their very powerful album The Satanist and played tracks from the latest disc such as “Ora Pro Nobis Lucifer” and “Messe Noire.” The experience of seeing these songs performed live and the crowd reaction is utterly intense. The Satanist was the first effort from frontman Nergal after his diagnosis and battle with Leukemia.

Fans also completely lost their minds to “Conquer All,” “Slaves Shall Serve” and “Chant for Eschaton 2000.” Behemoth are truly a force onstage and Nergal is exceptionally unyielding live. The night ended with “O Father O Satan O Sun” from The Satanist. When Behemoth comes to town they have us in the palm of their hands and we cannot wait until they make their way back to New York City.

There is no other band out there like Cannibal Corpse, as only frontman George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher can make hundreds of people chant “I C-- Blood!” Fans also headbanged to notable Cannibal Corpse tracks like “Hammer Smashed Face,” “Evisceration Plague,” and “Make Them Suffer.” Fans tried their best to keep up with FIsher, but the man with the iron neck is unmatched. In fact days later, our necks are still sore and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Opening acts included powerhouse bands Aeon and Tribulation, who both got the blood pumping early on in the night.
