The New England Metal & Hardcore Festival is still going strong as it enters its 17th year of existence. Organizers have unveiled the first batch of bands and ticketing info for this coming year's event, which will take place April 17-19 at The Palladium in Worcester, Mass.

Two of the three headliners have already been revealed, with Between the Buried and Me heading up the Friday bill, while Testament will close out Saturday. To help build some anticipation, organizers are holding off on naming the Sunday headliner until Dec. 11.

Between the Buried and Me will be joined on the Friday lineup by Overcast, The Banner, Black Mask, Homewrecker, Downpour and No Zodiac. Saturday's lineup finds Exodus supporting Testament, along with Nuclear Assault, Nails, Indecision, Incendiary and Wisdom in Chains. The Sunday lineup is still mostly a mystery, though For Today, The Color Morale and My Ticket Home have already been announced.

Though the Sunday headliner has yet to be revealed, there is the possibility that it may be Motionless in White. In a press release on the festival's website, Motionless in White are not listed on the poster, but a quote from festival co-founder Scott Lee suggests that the band is taking part.

Lee's quote states, "We are very excited to have Testament, Exodus, as well as the final New England appearance of Nuclear Assault. These bands are legendary thrash metal titans who never disappoint. 2015 is shaping up to be a great lineup and I couldn’t be more proud and excited. We are stoked to have our friends Between The Buried and Me and Motionless In White perform, as well as my own personal and fan favorites Overcast and Nails. This year we are trying to hit every genre of metal and hardcore to focus on creating as much variety as possible for the fans.”

VIP tickets for this year's New England Metal & Hardcore Festival will go on sale at 4PM ET this Wednesday (Dec. 10) at this location. Stay tuned for more band additions in the coming days and for additional ticketing information, visit the festival's website.

Update: Motionless in White have officially been confirmed as the Sunday night headliner.
