Even before the final lineup was revealed, the Moonstock Festival at Walker’s Bluff in Carterville, Ill., was shaping up to be a can’t-miss event. With acts like Ozzy Osbourne and Five Finger Death Punch already locked in, the extravaganza has added some more star power to the bill, tapping Black Stone Cherry and Papa Roach as two of the additional headliners for the Aug. 18-21 fest.

Friday, Aug. 18, marks the first day of the Moonstock Festival, billed as “The Move In Party,” with Black Stone Cherry headlining the night and performances from Kyng, American Lion, Doc & the Practice beforehand.

Saturday’s lineup will feature Papa Roach, Pop Evil, Texas Hippie Coalition, Wilson, Metal Toyz, Lori’s Puppets, Isabella, Four Deep, Cause of Ruin and one more band still to be announced, sandwiched between Pop Evil and THC. As for Sunday, Five Finger Death Punch will serve as headliners, rounded out by Hellyeah, All That Remains, Otherwise, Failure Anthem, Betty Whitesnake, System Slave, Teeze, Emaciation, Skydweller.

As previously announced, Ozzy will perform a special headlining set as Monday’s only act, also playing “Bark at the Moon” during a total solar eclipse! This celestial event occurs when the moon passes between the Earth and the sun, obscuring our primary source of light and energy for a brief period of time.

A variety of ticket options are currently being offered, including four-day and single day general admission passes, VIP Silver four-day passes which offer seating in rows eight through 23, VIP Gold four-day passes seating fans between rows two through seven and front row four-day passes with all inclusive food and drink.
