When System of a Down returned to the stage after a lengthy hiatus, rock and metal fans around the world rejoiced. Even Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff wasn't able to contain her excitement, as seen in a very special cover of 'Chop Suey!' (watch above).

President Rousseff has had an illustrious political career and is celebrated as a feminist icon. She was listed as the 16th most powerful person in the world by Forbes in 2010, received the Woodrow Wilson Public Service Award and was awarded Bulgaria's highest state honor, the Order of Stara Planina. Obviously, Rousseff plans to add a Grammy to her mantle with this fascinating "cover" of 'Chop Suey!'

System of a Down returned to the concert stage in 2011 following a five-year hiatus. And while fans are still awaiting a new album, the band has been one of the most popular and critically acclaimed hard rock acts of the 2000s.

Now, these two powerful forces have come together in a viral YouTube clip that is taking the world by storm. Watch the awesomeness above!
