One of modern rock music's biggest talking points of 2013 is the status of Brian 'Head' Welch within his former band Korn. After surprising the 2012 Carolina Rebellion Festival by joining the band onstage for a performance of 'Blind,' Welch is now set to play several shows with Korn in 2013, including high profile gigs at Rock on the Range in Ohio and the Rock Im Park and Rock Am Ring fests in Germany.

Welch paid us a visit on Feb. 25 for an exclusive interview and offered us some fascinating new details on discussions within the band about a possible permanent return to Korn, a timeline of when that decision will likely be made and much more.

The overarching theme of this interview (seen below), and perhaps the internal state of Korn, is summed up by Welch beautifully with the line, "Hearts change, and reconciliation is now."

During his visit to Loudwire headquarters, Welch was joined by his bandmates in Love & Death. Stay tuned for our full Love & Death interview along with some additional one-on-one discussion with Brian 'Head' Welch, but for now, please enjoy this new look into the realm of Korn.
