Before digging deeper into this article, we suggest you make sure your volume is all the way up. That's because Bullet for My Valentine are ready to deliver the pummeling type of rock you've been craving with their new song "You Want a Battle? (Here's a War)" and you can check it out in the player above.

The song opens up with gang vocals before the brutal wall of guitars and rapid fire drumming kick in, with Matt Tuck's primal scream sealing the deal before the verses even kick in. Once there, it's a more haunting and melodic song that builds back up in intensity as it progresses. After an early listen, you can envision the fans triumphantly singing the chorus along with the band at shows.

"You Want a Battle? (Here's a War)" is featured on the band's upcoming Venom album, due Aug. 14. But you don't have to wait that long to pick up the song if you like it. The track is currently available for purchase via iTunes. "You Want a Battle? (Here's a War)" follows on the heels of "No Way Out," the first single released from Venom.

Tuck says of the disc, "It wasn’t easy revisiting some very dark places to come up with lyrical content for this one, but once I knew where it was heading and I was comfortable with letting certain things out -- all hell broke loose. It’s easily the most aggressive record we’ve ever done and lyrically it will no doubt touch a nerve with a lot of people that listen to it. I cannot express enough how proud I am of it, and can’t wait for everyone out there to hear it too. We’ve reinvented who we are and are ready to take on the world once more.”

Bullet for My Valentine will be heading stateside this summer, joining Slipknot, Lamb of God and Motionless in White on the "Summer's Last Stand" tour. Catch them at these stops.
