For over two years, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi has battled cancer. Through songwriting, massive touring and all the work that comes with releasing a new album, Iommi has risen to the occasion, giving all he has to millions of Sabbath fans worldwide. Despite Iommi's incredible efforts, Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne admitted that he initially thought Iommi was handed a death sentence by doctors.
These are interesting times for Lacuna Coil, as the band has just released 'Broken Crown Halo,' but done so as two of the group's longtime members have decided to retire from the band. However, the transition appears to be going well, as the group just took part in the 'Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock' tour leading into the release of their album.
The KISS drama continues as Paul Stanley's long-awaited autobiography, 'Face the Music: A Life Exposed,' which hits shelves on April 8, reportedly contains some serious accusations towards former KISS members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss. According to Stanley, he believes the two are anti-Semitic, drawing from "years and years of interactions" as proof.
