Ever since their latest album ‘Dark Adrenaline’ dropped, Lacuna Coil have been touring nonstop. Fans in the States were lucky enough to catch the Italian metalers on tour with Sevendust this spring. During their New York City stop, co-vocalists Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro stopped by the Loudwire studio for a video interview (watch below).

With the powerful tracks of ‘Dark Adrenaline’ maintaining their momentum a year after the its release, Scabbia and Ferro talked about some of their favorite tracks off the album to perform live. They also spoke about working together in a democratic way when creating music. Scabbia explains, "We always work for the song, putting any type of ego aside because we're a band,” adding, “We don’t have cat fights.”

But the big news that Scabbia and Ferro told us is that Lacuna Coil will soon get to work on a new album for a potential 2014 release. They mentioned that after all this touring, when they get back home and have a small break, they will begin the songwriting process and gathering ideas for a new record.
