It's time to get familiar with Dinosaur Pile-Up, who have steadily been impacting radio of late with their current single "11:11." The band has teamed up with Loudwire to exclusively bring you a video of the guys performing the track on a tugboat, which you can watch in the player above.

Singer-guitarist Matt Bigland tells us, "I wrote '11:11' after being on the road with the band for pretty much a year and a half solid. The whole time all of us had been seeing 11:11 in one form or another almost every day, and it became really significant to us. Flight gates, train platforms, tickets, the time on your phone screen, you name it -- it would be 11:11 somehow. I wrote most of the ideas for songs that eventually became the album on the road during that time, and wrote '11:11' about finding that significance in the mundane, and being empowered by that."

"11:11" is featured on the Dinosaur Pile-Up album named Eleven Eleven, which just arrived in stores at the end of August. The trio of Bigland, drummer Mike Shells and bassist Jim Cratchely recorded the disc with producer Tom Dalgety at the helm. You can pick up the disc via Amazon or iTunes.

Look for Dinosaur Pile-Up hitting the road this fall. They return to stages on Sept. 13 at New York's Mercury Lounge and will make a brief run stateside before jetting off to the U.K. and the rest of Europe in October, with dates booked into December. See all of their shows here.
