Every Time I Die vs. The Faceless – Death Match

Epitaph / Sumerian

We’ve got two open slates in this week’s Death Match after Katatonia claimed their fourth and final victory over High on Fire, entering the Death Match Hall of Fame and earning the title of “immortal” for the song ‘Dead Letters.’ Now that Katatonia have taken their place in the Hall, we’ve got two new bands that are set to duke it out for their own potential Hall of Fame spot.

Every Time I Die enter the Death Match with the track ‘I Suck (Blood).’ The band added to their track record of making truly amazing music videos with ‘I Suck (Blood),’ with the song complementing the film clip in a disturbingly effective manner.

Californian technical death metal/deathcore act the Faceless are facing off with Every Time I Die in the Death Match. The Faceless recently released their third full-length album, ‘Autotheism.’ Representing the album is its third track, ‘Autotheist Movement III: Deconsecrate.’

Will Every Time I Die suck the blood from The Faceless? Or will the Californian death merchants walk out of the Death Match with a win? The choice is yours. Vote for your favorite track in the poll below!

(This Death Match ends on Tuesday, September 4, at 10AM ET. Fans can vote once per hour! So come back and vote often to make sure your favorite song wins!)
