Failure's return to the music scene is in full swing. After making their live return in 2014, the band has moved forward with new music and more extensive touring plans this summer. The group has just revealed a new full leg of dates in support of their The Heart Is a Monster album.

The trek gets under way July 2 in Lawrence, Kan., and continues with shows through Aug. 8 and 9 at The Wrecking Ball in Atlanta. In the midst of the run, there's also a pair of festival appearances as Failure will rock Milwaukee's Summerfest and Ottawa's Bluesfest. They're also sharing the stage with Jane's Addiction for a pair of shows in Columbus and Pittsburgh.

Pre-sale tickets and VIP packages are available through the band's PledgeMusic site. Pre-sales begin tomorrow (May 20), with the public on-sale to start a day later in most markets.

In other news, the band has made their single "Hot Traveler" available as a free download. You can get it at this location. Meanwhile, one of the band's fans, going by the name Todd H., has created his own lyric video for the track. You can watch the creative clip above.

Look for Failure's The Heart Is a Monster album in stores June 30. The album is currently available to pre-order at Amazon, iTunes and via the band's PledgeMusic site.
