New York City got an intimate evening with Falling In Reverse last night (Nov. 5) for a sold out show at Gramercy Theater. The band had a two-hour meet and greet with fans while others began to sing Falling In Reverse songs while waiting for the show to start.

The experience to see this group in such a small venue with no opener, not that one was needed, is definitely something a die-hard Falling In Reverse fan needs to have. Frontman Ronnie Radke is usually a ball of energy onstage but with a relaxed setting he allowed himself to be a total goofball as he listened and answered fans questions in between songs and had them laughing throughout the evening. Radke even did the robot, randomly onstage.

With this year's release of their new album ‘Fashionably Late,’ fans sung fresh tunes ‘Alone,’ Drifter’ and ‘Bad Girls Club.’ The crowd didn’t miss a beat, note or lyric as they sang the cheer “Hey sexy boy I got you wrapped around my finger / L-O-V-E really doesn't mean much / Your love is like a dru, / But it is not enough / Give me a B-A-D / We're the bad girls club” completely a capella and in tune, even the frontman was impressed at their synchronization.

The group as a whole not only showed off their personalities but shared stories about being on the road, at home, pranks they’ve pulled, favorite albums, bands they love touring with and much more. Fans also got to have their silly moments with Falling In Reverse by asking Radke to go on a date with them, for photos, access backstage and one fan even asked if the band could help him move out of his apartment.

When asked what the band will be up to in 2014, Radke talked about their trek with his former band Escape the Fate as well as their slot on the forthcoming Warped Tour. He also spoke about burying the hatchet with his Escape the Fate band members by simply saying “It feels good to forgive.”

The songs translated extremely well and had their own unique vibe acoustically. The talent of guitarist Jacky Vincent is undeniable whether he's melting faces with an electric guitar or shredding it up on an acoustic guitar. They also performed favorite tracks from their debut record such as ‘I’m Not a Vampire,’ ‘Tragic Magic,’ ‘Pick Up the Phone’ and their set ending ‘The Drug In Me Is You.’ An evening with Falling in Reverse is an enthusiastic, fun and honest experience.

A dollar from every ticket sold went to Living the Dream, a foundation that helps kids with terminal illnesses live their dream for a day, for more on this organization go here. Also take a look at remaining tour dates where you can catch “An Evening with Falling in Reverse” here.
