It's a new chapter in Frances Bean Cobain's life and though she maintained the rights to the home she shared with her ex-husband Isaiah Silva, she's decided to list the Hollywood property and move on with her life elsewhere.

Variety reports that the 3,357 square foot estate has been listed at $2.695 million. It contains four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms and is located in the low-key foothills of Hollywood. Cobain initially paid $1.825 million for the Spanish Colonial property in 2011.

The residence was designed by Carl Jules Weyl and contains much of the original architecture, including decorative tiles, hand-forged iron work, a variety of stained and leaded glass windows and vintage light fixtures.

The house has a vaulted exposed wood ceiling, hardwood floors, hand-stenciled beams and a fireplace with an antique carved stone mantel and tile accented hearth. The dining room adjoins the eat-in kitchen. Meanwhile, the main floor also has a small study and a guest bedroom, while two more guest bedrooms and the master suite with a private balcony are part of the upper floor.
