Get ready for the first annual Food Truck & Rock Carnival! The event takes place Sept. 18-20 at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, N.J., and will feature some awesome bands and some great food. Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, Stone Temple Pilots, Godsmack, Lita Ford, Skid Row, Puddle of Mudd and more will play during the three-day festival.

For those interested in seeing the concerts, you'll need to purchase single day ($29.99) or weekend ($54.99) concert passes to the event. Entrance into the food truck and carnival portion of the festival is free, with wristbands for the rides available for purchase.

Other bands on the bill include Otherwise, Slaughter, Faster Pussycat, LA Guns, Kix and more to be announced. In addition, there will be tribute acts performing Tool, Rage Against the Machine, Ozzy Osbourne and Judas Priest sets.

Godsmack are certainly ramping up their festival schedule for the fall. They play this event on Sunday, Sept. 20 and the day before, they're performing at the 2015 Shindig Festival in Baltimore. Besides those to appearances, it was just announced they'll also be playing the 2015 Monster Energy Rock Allegiance Festival in Philadelphia's PPL Park on Oct. 10. They're sharing that bill with Rob Zombie, Korn, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach and more.

Slash and his cohorts Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators have been touring the globe on their 'World on Fire' trek since Feb. 18. They've played in New Zealand, Australia, Chile, Brazil, the U.S., Sweden and more since then and are wrapping up that trek this weekend at the Download Festival in Donington Park, England this weekend.
