This man is truly phenomenal. Filmed in the San Diego, Calif. area, someone came across this guitarist and singer performing 3 Doors Down's 'Kryptonite' on the street. Normally this wouldn't attract much attention, but this particular musician has no arms.

The musician seen in this clip is Mark Goffeney, who was born without arms in 1969. Actually beginning with the trombone, Goffeney's father later gave his son his first guitar, which allowed the musician to begin developing his technique. Despite his handicap, Goffeney has become an internationally known act, even being nominated for an Emmy in 1998 as a part of the Fox Network commercial, 'Feet.'

Mark Goffeney went on to release the 2001 album 'Big Toe,' which features six original songs by Goffeney and his band.

A 2008 video of Goffeney playing Metallica's 'Fade to Black' has gone viral, accumulating over three million views on YouTube. Goffeney has also performed songs by Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam and many others in public, becoming somewhat of a staple in San Diego.

Goffeney's new performance of 'Kryptonite' is stunning, so check it out in the video above.
