Perhaps with Halestorm's latest video, 'I Miss the Misery,' we're getting a little glimpse into the title of the band's recent EP 'Hello, It's Mz. Hyde,' which preceded their latest album, 'The Strange Case Of...'

Halestorm's Lzzy Hale lays it all on the line in this clip. She may not be into her lover, but she does get off on the drama that comes with a relationship. The video starts with Hale delivering a primal scream before the song kicks in and that's the first clue that we're definitely not dealing with the sweet Lzzy.

This time out, the singer is full of attitude and rage as we get a mixture of performance shots and sexy offstage shots of a frazzled Lzzy getting confrontational with the camera shooting her. She sings, "I like the kick in the face / And the things you do to me / I love the way that it hurts / I don't miss you, I miss the misery," and there's no reason with her onscreen demeanor to not believe her.

'I Miss the Misery' is the third song to be released from Halestorm's 'The Strange Case Of … ' album. It follows 'Love Bites (So Do I)' and 'Here's to Us.' Catch Halestorm performing 'I Miss the Misery' this summer on the Carnival of Madness tour.
