In the entire history of Loudwire Death Matches, we've never had a battle like Havok vs. Revocation. The two bands swapped leads again and again during the last few days of the match and in the end, Havok came out victorious by ONE SINGLE VOTE. Who says your vote doesn't count?! Havok are now halfway to the Hall of Fame and to get there, they'll have to earn a victory against one of modern thrash's biggest bands.

British thrash revivers Evile have only been around for eight years, but they've already released four full-length albums, the latest of which is 'Skull.' Released earlier this year, Evile offered up the monster thrash single 'Underworld,' and we'll be damned if frontman Matt Drake doesn't sound a hell of a lot like Slayer's Tom Araya.

Modern thrash fanatics, this is your Death Match. Will Havok continue their domination? Or will Evile banish their foes to the underworld? Your votes will decide!

(This Death Match ends on Tuesday, July 2, at 10AM ET. Fans can vote once per hour! So come back and vote often to make sure your favorite song wins!)

Havok, 'Give Me Liberty... or Give Me Death'

Evile, 'Underworld'

Rules of Death Match
Two bands fight to the death each week. Fans can vote once per hour. The triumphant band goes on to compete in the next Death Match. If a band wins four straight Death Matches, its song will be honored as immortal in the Loudwire Death Match Hall of Fame. All Death Match Hall of Fame inductees will also secure a heavy rotation spot on Loudwire Metal Radio.
