Hinder, ‘Rather Hate Than Hurt’ – Exclusive Song Preview

Hinder are counting down to their new album and they'll be premiering the song "Rather Hate Than Hurt" here at Loudwire on Monday, March 16. In the interim, the band has offered an exclusive preview of the track in the player above.

The band's new vocalist, Marshal Dutton, and drummer Cody Hanson appear in the clip above to introduce some rather riffy parts of the new song. Take a listen in the player provided.

Hinder have settled on When the Smoke Clears as the title of their forthcoming album. It's also revealed in the clip that the disc now has a May 12 street date via The End Records. You can currently pre-order the disc via the band's PledgeMusic page. The official iTunes pre-order begins March 17. And there's also a pre-order bundle at The Omega Order.

Meanwhile, Hinder are building the anticipation for new disc by hitting the road. The group is currently out on tour and their dates can be found here. You'll notice that the band is also confirmed for the inaugural Loudwire Music Festival, which will take place in Grand Junction, Colo. June 26-28.
