Jack Osbourne’s Wife Lisa Suffers Miscarriage of Couple’s Second Child
Very sad news to report, as Jack Osbourne and his wife Lisa have lost their second child. Lisa Osbourne, 26, suffered a miscarriage during the second trimester of her most recent pregnancy.
The life of Jack and Lisa Osbourne has been somewhat of a roller coaster the past few years. Jack, son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year, only a few weeks after Lisa and himself welcomed their first child, Pearl, into the world. Later into 2012, Jack and Lisa married in Hawaii, and just a few days later, Jack helped save a drowning woman's life while on his honeymoon.
On Sept. 4, it was revealed that Jack had signed up to compete on 'Dancing with the Stars,' but unfortunately, this was shortly accompanied by the news of Lisa's miscarriage.
“I have been dreading this announcement,” Lisa writes on her blog, Raddest Mom. “I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week.”
Lisa continues, “Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through. We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time. It’s important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life’s toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives.”
We'd like to send our deepest sympathies and best wishes to Lisa and Jack Osbourne, as well as the entire Osbourne family.
