Jane's Addiction provided a mix of new and old with performances of current single 'Irresistible Force' and classic track 'Stop!' on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' last night (Oct. 6).

Dressed in a black coat and silver pants, frontman Perry Farrell delivered the ethereal 'Irresistible Force' with his trademark echo-laden vocals. He gave way to a nice solo by guitarist Dave Navarro about three minutes into the song, which appears on the band's upcoming album, 'The Great Escape Artist.'

The alt-rock pioneers then played their 'Ritual de Lo Habitual' anthem 'Stop!' during the closing credits of the show, but the entire performance can be seen below. The outdoor crowd went crazy at Farrell's opening shout of "Here we go!" Navarro ripped out a blistering guitar performance as he was backed by drummer Stephen Perkins and bassist Chris Chaney.

Jane's Addiction's 'The Great Escape Artist' comes out Oct. 18. After playing two shows each in Chicago and Los Angeles, the band is set to play a two-night stand in New York on Oct. 17 and 18.
