Killswitch Engage Hitting the Road for Spring 2014 North American Tour

Killswitch Engage are heading back out on tour for another batch of shows in support of their ‘Disarm the Descent’ album this spring. In what promises to be one of the must-see treks of the coming months, Killswitch will share stages with up-and-comers Battlecross on all dates, while Into Another, Trivium, Nothing More and My Ticket Home will join them on select shows.

The band will play the Las Vegas-based Extreme Thing festival on March 29, but the majority of their upcoming dates span the month of May. During that period, it will be a mixture of headlining shows and festival events. The full itinerary can be seen below.

It’s been a solid stretch for the band since frontman Jesse Leach returned to the group. The ‘Disarm the Descent’ album debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard Album Chart and topped the U.S. Rock Albums and U.S. Hard Rock Albums Charts. In addition, the lead single ‘In Due Time’ earned the band a nomination for Best Metal Performance at the 2014 Grammy Awards.

In the time since their stellar start, the band has toured the world and followed up the ‘In Due Time’ single with another charting track, ‘Always.’ Keep an eye out for Killswitch Engage on tour this spring.
