Red Hot Chili Peppers have cemented the date for the video premiere of their new single, 'The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie' and it's tomorrow, Aug. 17. The video is slated to debut at exactly 7:53PM ET, so mark your calendars, set a smart phone reminder and tune in to MTV and MTV2, which will air the video during the networks' 'MTV First: Red Hot Chili Peppers' special.

Post-premiere, the band will appear live on the show and take questions from fans. Be sure and submit your well-thought out question here or via Twitter, at the @MTVNews handle with the #AskRHCP hash tag.

But wait, there's more:

The band has issued a 30-second snippet of the video, which finds singer Anthony Kiedis and company performing on a rooftop, and having a rad time while doing so. It's a bright and sunny day, so this teaser makes us wonder if the Chili Peppers will make like the lyrics of the song and figure out a way to "make it rain somehow."

'The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie' is the first single off 'I'm With You,' the RHCP's forthcoming album, which drops on Aug. 30.
