March Metal Madness: Stage Dive Region –
Round 2

Stage Dive Region - Round 2

March Metal Madness’ Stage Dive Region is loaded and ready for Round 2. Once again, the giants of heavy metal and alternative metal came out of their battles victorious. In Round 2, we’ve got some true titans squaring off for the distinction of having their signature track named the greatest in metal history.

Metal gods Judas Priest and the sweltering ‘Painkiller’ pulled off a win against Cannibal Corpse‘s ‘Hammer Smashed Face.’ Priest are now set to face Alice in Chains and their track ‘Man in the Box,’ which earned a big win against Slipknot‘s ‘Surfacing.’

Motorhead‘s signature piece ‘Ace of Spades’ has advanced to Round 2 after vanquishing Rob Zombie‘s ‘Dragula’ in a pairing that left our readers scratching their heads with the difficult choice. Guns N’ Roses and the classic ‘Welcome to the Jungle,’ having defeated Faith No More‘s ‘Epic,’ will now challenge ‘Ace of Spades’ for a spot in the next round.

Keep the votes coming and pick the track that you think deserves another win in the polls below. (Round 2 of March Metal Madness ends Sunday, March 25 at 11:59PM ET.)
