A bevy of legendary European black metal bands will be crossing the pond to wreak havoc on American fans with the Black Metal Warfare II tour. The mighty Mayhem will be co-headlining with Swedish titans Watain. The Greek horde Rotting Christ will open.

Watain frontman Erik Danielsson says, "As with every album tour, it is always towards the end that the all the ingredients of our performances melt together properly and become most powerful. The Black Metal Warfare tour was a very special project for us and I am very pleased we get to end our Wild Hunt in the US with this second leg, with such a legendary package and in front of our ever faithful US militias!"

"While Black Metal Warfare Part II is of course a continuation of the first one, quite a few surprises can be expected, both in terms of the set lists as well as on the stage itself. All that is certain is that November shall wail and reek of burning, blistering, banging, bloody Black Metal War! A victorious ending before it's time to yet again embark on the ever winding paths into the great unknown..."

The tour kicks off Nov. 5 in New Orleans. Mayhem are touring in support of 2014's Esotetic Warfare, while Watain released their latest opus The Wild Hunt in 2013. Rotting Christ have the live album Lucifer Over Athens set for an Aug. 21 release.
