Megadeth have just announced that they will be releasing their 13th album, the appropriately and complexly titled 'TH1RT3EN,' on Nov. 1. Frontman Dave Mustaine calls the disc one of his "proudest moments."

"This record is the culmination of my work over the 13 records I recorded," remarks Mustaine in a press release. "There are moments on 'TH1RT3EN' that capture my every emotion, and other moments where I am releasing feelings I never knew existed!  My proudest moments of my musical career are captured on 'TH1RT3EN.'”

The album is the first to feature bass work from Dave Ellefson since 2002's 'Rude Awakening.' Ellefson left the band in 2002, but returned to the lineup last year.

One of the disc's tracks, 'Never Dead,' was written for the video game 'NeverDead,' while another cut, 'Sudden Death,' previously appeared on the game 'Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock.'

Megadeth are currently wrapping up their stint on the Rockstar Mayhem tour, and will perform along with Metallica, Anthrax and Slayer at the "Big 4" show on Sept. 14 at New York's Yankee Stadium.
