I was at some dive bar a few years ago to see GG Allin’s old band the Murder Junkies. There were like 3 other dudes on the floor slam dancing and I ended up getting my jaw dislocated by a rogue punch to the face. I give thanks to the massive amounts of alcohol I consumed that night for cushioning the blow.
This didn’t actually happen to me, but at a GWAR show in 2008 the crowd broke the barricade and part of the broken metal actually impaled somebody’s foot. Security had to lift her over and carry her outside to an ambulance.

I came out of a Lamb of God circle pit with my knee swollen to the size of a grapefruit thanks to some fatty who fell on top of me 
I went and saw Slash and Myles Kennedy after Slash’s first solo disc, and at the end of the show Slash’s pick came flying my way, but it ended up on the ground. I was probably 3rd row, and they had chairs on the floor, and I saw the pick by my feet, and I went for it, and this chick pushed me to try and get it herself, and I ended up getting a big gash right under my eye from the chair, but I still got the pick! 
On a cool side note, I went and saw Slash on his tour for his current album, and got another pick from him! This time with a little less hassle…
When Lamb of God came to Columbus in 2009 around my birthday I was pumped. So my godfather took me. When LoG came out one of the security guards let me stand a little closer below a balcony. Almost at the end of their set I’m on the floor hyperventilating and not knowing what happened. Long story short, a dude fell on top of me from the balcony. I came out with free tickets to any show of my choosing and a signed poster….and a very sore chest, haha. But it was worth it!
