The nominees and official show date for the 2013 Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards have been revealed. Not to be confused with the Revolver Golden Gods Awards, the Metal Hammer event will be held on June 17 at England's esteemed Indigo2 venue, with the legendary Motorhead set to headline the gig.

The 2013 Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards promises to feature "a host of incredible live performances and legendary special guests," and with Motorhead already confirmed to perform, the awards show is starting to look pretty awesome. Additionally, the nominees for nine categories have been announced, and fans have been invited to cast their vote to decide this year's winners.
