Motorhead rock hard and they're ready to let their fans do the same with the band's own brand of headphones and earphones.

Henne Music reports that the line's first generation assortment will consist of nine products total, with three headphones and six in-ear models being sold under the moniker Motorheadphones.

Obviously by teaming with the veteran group, Motorheadphones are targeting a rock audience, and research based on consumer streaming has determined that rock music provides the largest group of music listeners. Most of the models will be smartphone-ready, with two of the headphones being equipped with a newly developed microphone "controlizer."

Speaking about the product, Motorhead stated, "No weak-kneed, lily-livered, tin-pot and skinny sounding little pieces of garbage, no, that ain't Motorhead's style. These are headphones designed to deliver everything louder than everything else BUT with the sort of range, clarity and true rock reproduction you'd expect from a band of road warriors who have been at the top of the tree year after year. Because, like us, these don't f--- around … Remember, if it's too loud, you're too old."

Those interested stateside may have to wait a while or find a way to reach out to friends in Europe to get Motorheadphones, as the line will roll out in Europe first by the end of September. The group will hold a press conference in Berlin, Germany Aug. 31 to unveil the product. Though little is posted yet, expect more info at their website in the coming weeks.
