Nonpoint are hitting the road for a late summer / early fall tour, and have added a number of dates to their itinerary. The initial dates include supporting acts Eye Empire and Surrender The Fall. Later on in the tour, Nonpoint will be playing with Taproot, Bobaflex and others. The band's latest album, a self-titled effort, will be released in October. 'Nonpoint' was produced by Johnny K (Disturbed, Megadeth) with additional production and mixing from Brian Virtue (Chevelle).

The album's first official single 'Left for You' was unveiled earlier this summer. It's Nonpoint's first new music with a revamped lineup that includes founding members Elias Soriano (vocals) and Robb Rivera (drums) along with new members Dave Lizzio (guitar), Adam Wolosyzn (bass), and Rasheed Thomas (guitar).

In a recent Loudwire Radio interview, Soriano discussed how the band went about finding the new members. "We like to ask our peers and our friends, people who kind of know our style and know the type of people that we are. So, when you ask close friends they know your personality and who you’re going to mesh with and…We got a hold of Dave’s name from a friend and Dave played with Rasheed and with Adam in another band called Inn Cinema. So, you know, the package kind of all came together and the guys just fell right in, it was great. The chemistry was already there."
