Overkill have a storied history in thrash metal and soon fans will be able to revisit a good portion of their career in one complete collection. The band just announced plans to release a special box set titled HistoriKill: 1995-2007that will arrive this fall.

As the title reveals, the disc will span 12 years of the band's career and as can be seen, they were quite prolific during these years, releasing 11 albums total. Among the discs included in the box set are Wrecking Your Neck, The Killing Kind, From the Underground and Below, Necroshine, Coverkill, Bloodletting, Hello from the Gutter, Wrecking Everything, Killbox 13, ReliXIV and Immortalis.

In addition to these albums, there will be a bonus CD filled with demos, remixes and a cover song. Demos include "Blood Money," "Horrorscope," "Soulitude" and "Killogy." The remixes are for "Old School" and "Skull and Bones." There's a tracking mix for "Under One" and the cover is of Johnny Cash's "Man in Black." Though an official release date has not been announced, a fall release is expected and ordering details will be revealed soon.

Meanwhile, fans can also look forward to an Overkill co-headlining tour with Symphony X this fall. The tour gets underway Sept. 18 in Worcester, Mass. and continues through mid-October. Dates can be seen below. VIP and Meet-and-Greet packages can be found here.
