Coinciding with release of his new book ‘Trust Me, I'm Dr. Ozzy: Advice From Rock's Ultimate Survivor’ today (Oct. 11), Ozzy Osbourne is taking over the social networks with his very own “Dr. Ozzy's Seven-Day Guide to Better Living."

"Dr. Ozzy's Seven-Day Guide to Better Living" is a week-long series of the 'Prince of Darkness' offering up free advice and helpful hints to anyone who wants it.

To tune in for free advice follow Ozzy on Facebook and Twitter and you’ll be the first to hear insightful tips like the very first one Dr. Ozzy prescribed today, “Always get a 2nd opinion -- even if it means calling the doctor’s cell from 6ft underground to ask if he's 100% sure you're dead.”

The new book is a spinoff of his ongoing ‘Trust Me, I’m Dr. Ozzy’ column in 'Rolling Stone' magazine. The book builds on the columns momentum of answering pressing reader and celebrity submitted medical questions in between personal anecdotes and survival stories that would hardly be believable if they were being told by anyone else.

Long heralded as a medical mystery, Dr. Ozzy may not have a medical degree but he certainly has our attention!

If you want to get your book signed, the Doc will be in at the following locations:
