Ozzy Osbourne is ready to reflect on one of the most vital, yet most difficult times in his career with a new release of 'Speak of the Devil' on DVD this summer.

The DVD documents a show that was filmed back in June of '82 at California's Irvine Meadows venue, shortly after the death of iconic guitarist Randy Rhoads. Ozzy and his band had delayed the 'Diary of a Madman' tour while grieving the loss of their friend and cohort and had just returned to the road for this performance.

This 'Speak of the Devil' collection featured Osbourne with keyboardist Don Airey, drummer Tommy Aldridge, and bassist Rudy Sarzo, with guitarist Brad Gillis filling in for the late Rhoads. It would prove to be Gillis' only stint with the band, as he would leave to join Night Ranger. Songs performed during the show included: 'Over the Mountain,' 'Mr. Crowley,' 'Crazy Train,' 'Revelation (Mother Earth),' 'Steal Away (The Night),' 'Suicide Solution,' 'Guitar / Drum Solo,' 'Goodbye to Romance,' 'I Don't Know,' 'Believer,' 'Flying High Again,' 'Iron Man,' 'Children of the Grave,' and 'Paranoid.'

The audio from this classic performance was digitally restored and remastered and is available in DTS and Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound for the first time. Look for Ozzy Osbourne's 'Speak of the Devil' DVD via Eagle Rock Entertainment on July 17.
