We're in Round 2 of Loudwire's March Metal Madness 2013 and we're letting the fans choose the best metal album of all time. After an exciting first round in the Stage Dive region, half of the albums in contention have been eliminated, and the big dogs are only just beginning to grit their teeth.

Pantera's 'Vulgar Display of Power' punched out the competition in Opeth much like the cover art iconically documents. With one of metal's most successful and critically acclaimed works under their belts, Phil, Rex, Vinnie and the late great Dimebag continue to show their 'power' 20-plus years after the album's release and are ready for Round 2.

Ready to face Pantera is the legendary Iron Maiden and their masterpiece 'The Number of the Beast.' Maiden succeeded in knocking Morbid Angel out of the competition, and are ready to deliver classic tracks such as 'Hallowed Be Thy Name' and 'Run to the Hills' to their new opponents.

Pantera's 'Vulgar Display of Power' or Iron Maiden's 'The Number of the Beast'? Vote for your favorite album in the poll below!

(This poll will end Monday, March 25 at 11:59 PM EST. Fans are able to vote once per hour, so keep coming back to make sure your favorite album wins!)
