In this fourth and last quarterfinal matchup, we've got two massive personalities who have creatively spearheaded their respective bands.

After an incredibly close second-round battle between two of modern metal's most popular bassists, a winner has been crowned. There were various lead changes but in the end, late Slipknot bassist Paul Gray defeated Korn's Fieldy. Having also taken down System of a Down's Shavo Odadjian in Round 1, Gray advances into the quarterfinals.

Iron Maiden's Steve Harris has emerged in this competition as yet another four-stringer who could be truly unstoppable. First off, Harris was the victor of a Round 1 battle against Helloween's Markus Grosskopf before handily defeating Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx in Round 2. Sixx himself advocated for Harris' victory via Twitter, and now the Iron Maiden mastermind moves on to meet the late Paul Gray in the quarterfinals.
