Aye matey! The Ye Scallywag! festival is back for its second year and a treasure chest full of good times are to be had by all. Organizers have announced that the concert will return to San Diego’s Waterfront Park on Oct. 21.

This year’s event features a punk-infused lineup led by Pennywise with such punk vets Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, The Vandals, Lagwagon, Strung Out, the Adolescents and Western Settings. In addition, there will be a day-long craft beer and food festival going on, with over 100 craft beers available to be savored.

Pennywise guitarist Fletcher Dragge says, “Super stoked to be part of the Scallywag Festival this year! A day of punk rock and beer on the waterfront? Yeah I’m in.. can’t f –king wait!! See you in the pit fools … let’s do this!!!”

“Ye Scallywag! was one of the most amazing events San Diego craft beer and punk rock music fans have ever seen,” says Ye Scallywag! co-producer Cameron Collins of Brew Ha Ha Productions. “Let’s be honest … it was one of the coolest events that took place last year! We know we’ve set the bar pretty high but we’re confident we’re going to nail it this year and even plan to offer a few surprises for attendees!”

There will be a limited number of $45 pre-sale tickets available via 91X.com, with their exclusive pre-sale starting Wednesday, Aug. 16. Meanwhile, regularly priced tickets ($50) go on sale to the general public this Friday (Aug. 18) at 10AM PT at the Ye Scallywag! website. There is also an early admission option ($65) that will allow fans into the venue an hour early for craft beer tastings starting at 12N PT. And VIP ticketing is also available with access to a special lounge area and VIP entry lane access to the festival, as well as special viewing areas, private restrooms and more. Visit the Ye! Scallywag festival site for more details.
