Periphery Enter Loudwire Cage Match Hall of Fame

Fans proved that they do in fact “entertain the taste of scarlet.” Periphery and their latest single ‘Scarlet’ have won five consecutive song battles, which means they have made their way into the Loudwire Cage Match Hall of Fame.

Periphery’s latest victory was against Escape the Fate over the weekend, but they also took down bands such as Bring Me the Horizon and We Came As Romans, as well as the Amity Affliction and Tremonti, along the way.

Periphery are currently touring the States with Deftones, and they will also be hitting Europe and Mexico in the spring with TesseracT and Syqem. For a full list of dates, go here.

Congratulations are in order for Periphery and their devoted fans, as ‘Scarlet’ joins songs from bands such as Clutch, Down, Korn, Anthrax and Trivium, among others, in Loudwire’s Cage Match Hall of Fame.
