Post-hardcore outfit Pierce the Veil took their hard rocking songs to the late night talk show Conan last night (June 27). The band played their current single "Circles" off their new record, Misadventures, which was released on May 13 earlier this year.

Following an enthusiastic introduction from host Conan O'Brien, Pierce the Veil opened the song with a lone guitar spot before flipping the energy with a bouncing rhythm. The music subsided, making room for the subdued verse as frontman Vic Fuentes' emotive voice steered the rest of the passage. The chorus kicked up the tempo, volleying between tempos before reaching the songwriting apex toward the final minute of the song.

With the music dropping out aside from a guitar spotlight and Fuentes' singing, bassist Jaime Preciado did a split kick off the drum riser, which was met with a roar of applause from the vivacious crowd. Impressed with their live show, O'Brien came onto the stage, clearly wide-eyed from what he just witnessed. Watch it all play out in the video above.

Misadventures is the band's most successful release to date, burning up the Billboard 200 charts, debuting at No. 4. The band has a busy touring schedule lined up for the summer, hitting South America, Europe, Australia and the U.S. A full list of dates can be seen at Pierce the Veil's website.

Excited to get back on the road, Fuentes told Loudwire, "Our first tour back, we’re calling it the “Misadventures Tour” and we’re going to play the entire record back to front on that tour. It was just something we’ve never tried to do before and we wanted to give our fans a once in a lifetime performance that will never happen again. Something unique that we can come out with."
