Redlight King will have some extra time on their hands this month. The group were scheduled to hit the road with Saving Abel, but have announced that they've bowed out of the run.

In a statement at their website, the group state, "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will no longer be playing this month with Saving Abel. We wish them luck as they continue the tour without us. All other shows will go on as planned." No further explanation was given on the last minute switch.

The band will play today at Milwaukee's Summerfest, but have earned some time off until their next scheduled performance in Syracuse July 29. From there, they'll remain on tour, including dates on the Rockstar Uproar Festival, through the current Sept. 30 finale of the next leg in Albuquerque.

Redlight King are currently promoting the single 'Comeback' from their 'Something for the Pain' album. It also appears on the soundtrack to the hit summer film, 'The Avengers.'

As for Saving Abel, they'll keep the shows that were booked, with a show tomorrow night in Hampton, N.H. being the next date. The group currently has dates booked through Aug. 28 in Reno.
