Reunited and it feels so good. Swedish hardcore heroes Refused are back together, playing Coachella in California and performing on late night TV.

According to a press release, the band booked a gig on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,' which is scheduled for Monday, April 23. The gab fest airs on NBC at 12:30 PM ET, so make a note in your calendar now so you can tune in and watch Refused bring it. Jimmy Fallon is going punk rock.

The Fallon gig marks the band's first-ever TV appearance. Refused were active from 1991 through 1998, but broke up upon releasing the critically lauded 'The Shape of Punk to Come,' which is widely regarded as a modern masterwork and one of the most influential hardcore albums of all time.

So it may be 14 years later that they get around to performing on TV, but hey, who's counting?! The fact that a late night TV show booker recognizes the scope of Refused is a testament to the fact that someone knows what they are doing.

Refused will hit Coachella mid-month and the band have also booked two shows at New York City's Terminal 5 on April 22 and 23.
