Frances Bean Cobain, daughter of Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain, is currently going through a divorce and things reportedly turned a little scary for her soon-to-be-ex Isaiah Silva recently. According to Radar Online, Silva reported to police that he was accosted by Sam Lufti, a music manager who once oversaw the careers of Britney Spears and Frances' mother, Courtney Love.

Radar Online has obtained a police report in which Silva states that Lufti and another suspect grabbed him and carried him to a car. The suspects allegedly took his phone and Silva claimed he didn't want to go with the suspects out of fear for his life. Lufti and the unnamed other suspect are accused of using bodily force during the attack, which occurred on June 3.

According to the report, Silva's phone and some glass doors were lost or smashed, causing roughly $4,000 worth of estimated damage. Even though the alleged incident took place on June 3, the police report was not filed until five days later. You can see the report here.

Frances filed for divorce from Silva in March after two years of marriage. Just last weekend, TMZ reported that LAPD officers were called to Cobain's home as she moved her possessions out of the couple's West Hollywood house. Sources told TMZ that the cops were called to "keep the peace" after things got heated when Cobain's friends came to start the move earlier in June.

Love told TMZ reporters on Monday (June 27) that Cobain was doing fine and that she felt that the divorce was the right decision.
