Massachusetts metallers Revocation headlined a show at New York City's Webster Hall on Sept. 4. Revocation are currently on their North American tour that lasts throughout October and they made an unforgettable stop in the Big Apple.

Revocation kicked off their set with “A Debt Owed to the Grave” off of their latest album, Deathless. They also unleashed favorites, “Invidious,” “No Funeral” and “The Hive” and things got sweaty very quickly  As the night progressed, more chaos ensued as crowdsurfers stormed the stage knocking down mic stands and landing on monitors. Where some bands might be annoyed with the interruptions, frontman and guitarist David Davidson was all smiles when greeted by fans leaping on and offstage.

Notable tracks ”Bound By Desire,” “Madness Opus” and “Dismantle the Dictator” were also unleashed. Revocation ended where they began with a newer tune “Witch Trials.” With mesmerizing riffs, hard hitting vocals, unrelenting stage presence and humble personalities, Revocation continue to wow fans on the road and they are not to be missed when they roll through town.

Richmond Virginia act Cannabis Corpse hit the stage beforehand for a forceful set of their own. Vancouver group Archspire also performed and definitely gained some New York fans from their lively performance.

Opening acts included Black Fast hailing from Missouri and Staten Island’s own Sicada. Check out a photos of Revocation, Cannabis Corpse and Archspire performing in NYC in our gallery above!
