Terror hit France once again last night (July 14). A man in a truck killed at least 80 people and injured many others while the French celebrated Bastille Day on the streets of Nice.

France has had a hellish year with terror attacks. Just eight months ago, 130 people were killed throughout France, including around 90 at an Eagles of Death Metal show at Le Bataclan. A stabbing in Magnanville, which Isis claimed responsibility for, also left two dead last month and this latest truck attack has left an estimated 84 innocent people dead.

Rock and metal musicians have stood in solidarity with the people of France, extending thoughts and sympathies via social media:

We’d like to offer our condolences to the family and friends of those who were killed in this attack along with anyone else who was affected by this tragedy.
